Know mgmt for many years, Company bot assets at peak of bubble and survived! price is only a little off 2002 levels and management and insiders own at $5.90. 75% of stock held by CEO(25%): 50% held by Francis Lee, an reclusive ethnic Chinese multi-billionaire that will never sell (stk held offshore) for complicated tax reasons...........the stk is just hitting its stride 2/20/07. The results of vertical integration and state of the art technology is starting to garner some interest, but not much yet. TWW enjoys incredible operating leverage and gross margins of 50%-70%. Worldwide footprint is now becoming apparent w/ their 6 Data Centers. The Miami NAP is the most sophisticated in the WORLD. Over 120 carriers meet there along with 7 submarine cables make landfall 4 blocks away, connecting them with S America Southern Europe, Northern Africa. Data Center in Madrid is rapidly becoming a telecom "Hub" for all of Europe. Shrewd people are starting to buy large blocks.

LVLT
Level 3 Communica - $1.10
- -0.90%
- $1.10
Bandwidth shortage long term play. Mgmt is sharp, sharp, sharp. All friends w/ W. Buffett. Ultimately(a few years)almost all content will be delivered via Internet. This is why DISH is FOR SALE.............growth curve is flattening & Charlie Ergen is a shrewd assessor of the future(high level people in DISH tell me this, even tho they hate his guts!). Will be bought by T @ $50. LVLTs business model will shine as we move into next couple of years even they may still lose a little $ in the meantime. LVLT will be a CASH COW!!!! for a loonngg time.

INAP
Internap Network - $3.05
- +4.81%
- $2.90
Infrastructure play. The recent acquisition totally changes their already highly viable business model. Look out AKamai!Much, much more aggressive CEO than before (I own at $3) is starting to see the company evolve his way. 28 consecutive quaters of Revenue growth and positive EPS just beginning. It has moved a lot, but recent acquisition gives it a lot of room to continue EPS growth.

speculative........just bot today2/21/07 .South Korean clone of E_Bay.Still a lot of stock overhanging, but has held this level and seems to be absorbing it. S. Korea is the most "connected" country in Asia. Over 70% have high speed internet connections, and the people are young and gadget crazy!
