This was my attempt to diversify my ira account staying somewhat conservative but then not so with the foreign exposure. i didn't want to get caught with the tech funds that i lost my butt on previously.

conservitive but a solid player. i'm somewhat concerned with the 35% cash position that they now have with all the new money coming in. if they can't position the new money properly, i would look at this fund differently.
