Nice continued dividend increase over the years. Not flashly, but was not searching for such. Key was buying at 80% of BV in 1999/2000. Has the recent ORI investment in PMI and MTG effected their share price..of course..as well as the overall envrionment. Looking for a good business in this industry, I have added to my position recently.

Have followed their progress and development since the mid-1990's. Traveled to their territory in the late 1990's to check out the operation, was impressed. Management has made many smart moves over the years. The model has changed since then and I had doubts about the foray into used auto lots. Discussions w/management in 11/06 made me 'hang in there'. Current market price recently allowed for an addition to holdings.

Similar to when the airlines were 'doomed' after 9/11. Either they were or they weren't. A small position at the then current rate had potential.

A. Mr. Partridge can answer that, but not
until tomorrow maybe.
He has not indicated a preference for
keeping one or the other,
which leads me to believe he will keep
both.
