SY
Sybase Inc - $41.44

- $N/A
Purchased for two reasons, 1st it appears there is pressure from stockholders for company to either reinvest in itself w/ buyback or create a spinoff stock w/ its mobile unit. 2nd because the mobile banking technology owned by the company seems to be a unique valuable asset w/ plenty of worldwide growth opportunity as more focus is placed each day on Cell phone tech. Purchased fairly late looking at charts bought at 25$ 10/22

Use yahoo as my main email service, happy with all Yahoo offers for free. Really believe it offers more than Google as a total package. It out preforms Google in total bandwidth I thought price was low when I bought at the time Sep at 24.10$ and again in Oct at 26$ Have sell trigger at 32$

AAPL
Apple Inc. - $204.19

Used Mac throughout school believe it is a better system. As more young students use thought school, they will buy in future. Not really big on Iphone or Ipod but I purchased this stock w/ intention to hold on for many Years. Bought at 128$ in late Aug. Will buy more if it dips a bit as I plan to hold on for long term investment.

Smallest investment threw 3K at it as I believe more computer based defense and aerospace computer tech is the future. Company seems to have very positive growth w/ low debt.
