Fallen down unrealisticly because of sub prime mortgage problems. In my opinion the company is making money has managed risks adequately and will survice the housing bubble. With a yield of 15% and growth perspective this stock seems really undervalued.

This Russian company is not only engaged in mining and steel, but also operates railroads and own a harbour. The stock has a low PE less than 10 and high yields of 5%. Growth can be enabled because of the rapidly growing Russian economy, modernising their their plants and rises in commodity prices.
