Genentech Inc - $96.64
- +0.15%
- $96.00
$84. high growth. Biotech leader becoming big pharma 27-Mar-07 Still believe this stock has growth ahead and will deliver new drugs from their R&D work. Took this opportunity to add to my position with a buy at 82.55, reducing my avg basis to slightly below $84.

GS
Goldman Sachs Grp - $163.24
- +1.45%
- $157.77
$189. value, strong cash flow, inexpensive relative to its peer group. Can be thought of as a proxy hedge fund.

RIG
Transocean Inc - $122.27
- +1.06%
- $121.12
$67. long time position, oil price insurance, strong cash flow. I believe oil companies will continue to drill, especially in deepwater as they have trouble replacing reserves.

GE
Gen Electric Co - $27.88
- +0.65%
- $27.49
$30. good dividend, value, strong managment, earnings have risen substantially over last few years but share price has not, making GE cheap.

- $17.95
$44. international expansion, growth, great management team. Bill Zollars is a great CEO. The trucking leader. 27-Mar-07 Picked up some more YRCW at $41.38, reducing my avg cost to $43 I think this stock will probably not move until the fed starts to cut rates. 25-Jul-07 Picked up some more YRCW at $35.00, reducing my avg cost to $41 Biding my team, gradually reducing my cost basis. I still believe in this management team wholeheartedly. I'm probably quite early in the biz cycle for trucking stocks, but I can wait.

Unitedhealth Grou - $27.71
- -1.25%
- $27.90
$52. Stock price depressed by non-operational issues that should be soon put behind the company. I don't believe the Democratic congress will have as severe an impact on HMOs as seems to be believed.

SNE
Sony Cp Adr - $36.06
- -2.01%
- $36.39
$39. I believe SONY has a brand name that they can leverage to drive growth as consumer electronics overtakes the PC as the prime driver of sales.
