Brent Bracelin, an analyst with Pacific Crest Securities recently upped his rating of Dell to Outperform.

He also believes with $12.5 BILLION in cash, Dell might start looking for its next buyout candidate. With this in mind, Bracelin thinks the company will want to expand aggressively into the services space -- which would certainly be an extension of its PC business.
