VAM Value Trust seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in equity securities that are undervalued relative to the long-term earning power or asset value of their peers. Typically we seek companies that are currently out of favor and thus generate substantial free cash flow that limits their downside risk. While a direct catalyst may not be identified I use macro analysis to ensure underlying business fundamentals remain strong until the catalyst arrives which usually leads to excellent price appreciation. It generally invests in companies with market capitalizations in excess of $5 billion but may invest in companies of any size. Sector allocations typically mirror the S&P 500 but do diverge as opportunties arise.

THIS STOCK IS MY FAVOROTE. Worth well over $94!!! In the next 3-6 months I expect NY State to lose the appeal on the eminent domain case. I expect another 80m for the property. More is possible but only gravy. 1/3/07 2/11/07 UP UP UP. Still a long way from my $94 target. BUY IT NOW.
