The first 50-or-so pages were in front of the table of contents; this proportion of ads per content continued throughout.
Many fashion companies are Privately Held, not trackable. ALso, some are micro-cap, sorry for not tracking them too.
Others are in Italy, France etc. harder to track so left out here - anyway, they license and franchise a lot. For example Genosis's Fertell(tm) product is AIM listed in London.
Peroni beer - privately held by Phoenix Beverages.
Ketel One - a vodka - AFAICT not listed in US either.
