Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is to track the performance of the MSCI US Broad Market Index, which consists of all the U.S. common stocks regularly traded on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ. The Fund invests all or substantially all of its assets in the 1,300 largest capitalization stocks in its target index.
