This fund is run by Ryan Ludt who is a portfolio manager with Vanguard, his employer since 1997. Vanguard Telecommunication Services Index Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of telecommunication services stocks. The fund uses full-replication strategy when possible, investing substantially all of its assets in the stocks that make up that Index.
