Look for bargains based on book value. Companies are screened based on Piotroski's low p/b. Does the company's low p/b deserve to be this low? We are looking for changes in net income with increasing cash flow. Return on Assets should be improving with expanding gross margins.

Long term debt is a significant hurdle and if the company is making changes to pay down debt while increasing asset turnover, then a possible turnaround is at hand.
