1) Nerd industry "buzz" - reading all the gadget/tech sites keeping up new and future future products/technologies that I believe will make it.
2) Watching trends in a handful of stocks that I've been watching for years. These may not always be good buys, but at certain ranges I feel they are.
3) Mutual funds/index funds that pay good dividends.
