For our Fourth Annual Paints survey we spoke with the largest hardware paint sellers.The mood among sellers was more somber than in previous years.Prices were up 0-2% on average despite a significant rise in raw materials.Maintain a Buy on PPG, and Hold on VAL and ROH.
