By diversifying among different industry groups, plus selling out of the money calls, yields can be increased to over 15%. Some of these pay dividends monthly, most quarterly. If called away, the additional gains permit reentries to be timed at lower prices or better entries with tighter stops.The purpose of this portfolio is to generate cash while preserving the initial capital investment.
