AP AIMCAP, a joint venture of Apollo Real Estate Investment Fund VLP, Aimbridge Hospitality LP and JF Capital Advisors LLC is buying Eagle for $13.35 per share, the company said Monday. That's a premium of about 42 percent over Eagle's closing stock price on Jan. 29.The adjacent portfolio of hospitality stocks might benefit from future industry consolidation.All Eagle's suites were flagged by known brands, including Embassy Suites Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton, so look for strong brand names complementing the underlying properties.
