SOLF
Solarfun Power Ho - $6.41
- 0.00%
- $N/A
On May 30th SOLF cut its 2007 revenue PREDICTION; citing current operating conditions. Management note that "in the past month, all of our current module products were approved by the California Energy Commission to be eligible for the state's solar rebate program. With this, and new incentives set to be unveiled in Spain, we believe we are well positioned for the strong growth." The combination of the potential for a fall in revenue coupled with the nasty 6% drop in the Shanghai Composite I believe made market overreact, allowing use to profit from such overreaction. SOLF could be an easy double at these price levels; it has a super clean balance sheet and a ton of cash on hand compared to its market cap. It also represents a great play on China, solar modules and photovoltaic energy. The company has incredible growth and is poised for a snap-back rally.
