These are stocks that I predict significant upside following today's game. I actually believe this will help tech rally and outperform in the month of February. I am purposely omitting a potential home-run (could be picked out from this list if you read it).

Look for additional subscribers to get hooked on the new HD capable sets. This market is still extremely under-penetrated. I know they recently acquired insight communications in the midwest. This should be a catalyst.
