I like to spread my money around and diversify. But I'm very heavy in financials. And WAY to lite on tech, oil, and healthcare. I pretty much dont have a problem with tech. But finding stocks in the tech sector that are somewhat stable is hard. ORCL, TXN, and QCOM are the only ones I go near. I don't consider AAPL a tech stock. They make products for the everyday consumer. It just happens that their products have a lot of technology in them. Still, not a tech company. I don't like any company that can be effected by crazy cartels who don't like the U.S. So oil stocks are not high on my list. COP, DO, and VLO are just for diversification. But they scare the heck out of me. Healthcare. The only healthcare company I feel has any stability is JNJ. But the thing is flat-lined for years, and I only own it for diversification. I like to have some risk, so I play the healthcare with drug stocks. DNA, and MRK. I also feel that everyone should own some precious metals stocks to combat inflation. GG, all the way.
