This fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Paul Viera. Viera is the founder of Earnest Partners. In 1993, he developed return pattern recognition, the investment methodology used to select equities at earnest partners. Previously, Viera was a vice president at Bankers Trust in both New York and London. He later joined Invesco, where he became a global partner and senior member of its investment committee. Viera is a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts. Target Small Capitalization Value Portfolio is an open-end fund registered in the USA. The Fund's objective is above-average capital appreciation. The Fund invests in stocks of small companies that they believe are undervalued,and have an above-average potential to increase in price, given the company's sales, earnings, book value, cash flow and recent performance.
