T. Rowe Price Value Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital appreciation. Income is a secondary objective. The Fund invests at least 65% of total assets in common stocks believed to be undervalued. Holdings are expected to consist primarily of large-company stocks, but may also include mid-cap and small-cap companies.
