He is responsible for research on real estate equities. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years with IBM. Lee holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. T. Rowe Price Real Estate Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term growth through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in the equity securities of real estate companies.
