This fund has a Morningstar rating of 4 stars and is run by Gerald Van Horn. Van Horn has served as a portfolio manager of Stratton Management from 2000 to the present. He joined Stratton Management Company as an equity research analyst in April of 1998. Van Horn holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Stratton Small-Cap Value Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stock and securities convertible into common stock of small capitalization companies. These common stocks are of well-established U.S. companies that the advisor believes are undervalued.
