A big company that uses a lot of money on development. Their share price has fallen since IPO in 2005 and it`s on a all time low. It look very very nasty for them these days, balance sheet screams for more cash, and something has to happen soon. 258 employees for a market cap of 69 million, can prove to be your best deal ever if You jump on thins sinking boat. No cash, no insider buying, this is the time to buy.

Risky as it can be. Buring cash, but insiders have bought shares lately. Federal funding of stem cell development can be a lifeline to Advanced Cell Technology according to a press release. At all time low 0,435, from an IPO at 7, investors have not seen a chance to jump of on a rally.
