Local company for me. Been to the production sites and have spoken with managment. Have 118,000 acres of leases in Coos Bay, OR. Coal Bed Methane play. 1.2 trillion cubic feet of methane estimated from indepedant report, with 30%-50% recoverable. Number one issue with CBM is water disposal. They have just been issued water disposal permits and will have the cheapest water disposal solution in the industry because the permits allow them to dump the water into the ocean which is right next to the production wells. Gas transfer pipeline lies one mile from project area. All project assesment and production modeling is complete. Anouncement of financing to fully develop or a sale of the project is expected to be announced this Dec. 2007 Have additional properties also in WA.

Jeremy Siegal carries a big name and the ETFs are well received as an alternative to the traditional indexes. I see them being added to many company retirement plans as an additional option. The stock also comes off the pink sheets in a couple of months and being listed and we are in a secular bull market for equities which makes all ETF's growth prospects look good.
