Just graduated college and got some money to invest!
Please rate my portfolio on how I look- I enjoy it
Portfolio is looking great- PMD was sold off at its highest point- after a 15% increase, CYTR is playing with free money, and UA was bought AFTER a 6% drop that is unfortunately reflected in this portfolio....Overall not a bad job by me so far... BAC was a bummer on earnings though
Portfolio is doing rather well- here is % of portfolio of each stock (recently added UA- I added it AFTER a 6% which is refelected in this portfolio....I bought it after an analyst downgraded it, which I disagree with)
BAC= 12%
PFE= 12%
AAPL= 23%
UA= 23% (recently added)
ADRE= 18%
USB = 12%
FVD= 0% recently dropped
CYTR= 3% took profits that is worth more than stake right now
PMD= 0% dropped and profits taken before it went down

-
BAC
Bk Of America Cp - $16.10
- -1.17%
- $16.21
Bought for me during College. But I love this stock and I'm going to keep it. I hope the financials have been hit as hard as they are going to be during subprime. Great Yield! Love the yield, and hopefully the deposit banks won't get hit any harder

-
PFE
Pfizer Inc - $18.31
- -1.19%
- $18.61
Another one bought for me during college. Hasn't performed at all but it still has a nice dividend. This stock has been chronically beaten down so no reason to sell now. I will keep for the long run, shouldn't go down any more.

-
AAPL
Apple Inc. - $204.44
- -0.70%
- $205.21
Funny Story, I was on vacation 5 years ago and my cousin had an ipod and it was the first one I had seen (freshmen year in college). I said everyone is going to want one and actually told my parents to buy apple stock.... They laughed at me..... Shoulda listened.... Regardless, lots of growth still in sight for this stock, overseas market....I think iPhones will get more popular as the next generations come out. I thought it was wierd people stood in line and didnt want to be a part of that. The new computers they just came out with are really cool. The hard drive is in the screen!

ADRE
Powershares Excha - $44.55
- 0.00%
- $N/A
ETF for emerging markets. I figure its too hard to find a good company in the emerging markets (too many variables I don't understand) so just went with buying an ETF

-
USB
Us Bancorp - $23.73
- +0.76%
- $23.49
Love the fact Buffet bought this. Great yield, pretty much same reason I still have BAC. Worst is hopefully behind us and I am banking on Buffet spotted a bottom

-
FVD
First Trust Value - $13.18
- +0.23%
- $13.16
ETF for High Value Divident Yield. More than 6%. Good solid companies, keeping this for long term

-
CYTR
Cytrx Corporation - $1.08
- -4.42%
- $1.12
Speculative Stock, doing research on developing Lou Gherigs(sp?) cure. If it ever happens, but just speculating Very small portion of my portfolio. at about 3% right now, and I have taken profits from this months ago that are more than my stake right now

-
PMD
Psychemedics Corp - $6.13
- 0.00%
- $N/A
Interesting stock, so I got my job last semester and I got drug tested (Hair Tested!) by a very well reputaly Fortune 50 Company for a financial analyst posiition. I figure this might be a growing trend. They also have a 3% yield which I believe is great considering the small niche they are in! Actually got out of this stock at the perfect time.... Made about 15 percent and dumped it and it has gone down about20 percent since. Pretty lucky but still want to track this stock because it still intrigues me.
