Ryrum holds the Charted Financial Analyst designation. Rydex Series - Telecommunications Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is to provide capital appreciation. The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in companies engaged in the development, manufacture, or sale of communications services or communications equipment.
