Royce Value Plus Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term growth of capital. The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by mid-, small- and/or micro-cap companies that it believes are trading significantly below its estimate of their current worth, based on factors such as balance sheet quality and cash flow levels.
