Royce serves as president and chief investment officer of Royce & Associates and president of The Royce Funds, a position he has held since 1972. Prior to that, he served as the director of research at Scheinmahn, Hochstin, and Trotta, and as a securities analyst with Blair & Company. He has more than 41 years of investment experience, with 31 years as a small- and micro-cap value portfolio manager. Royce Total Return Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The objective of the Fund is to provide both long-term growth of capital and current income. The Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of dividend-paying securities issued by small- and micro-cap companies. Normally, the Fund invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities.
