This fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Charles Royce. Royce serves as president and chief investment officer of Royce & Associates and president of The Royce Funds, a position he has held since 1972. Prior to that, he served as the director of research at Scheinmahn, Hochstin, and Trotta, and as a securities analyst with Blair & Company. He has more than 41 years of investment experience, with 31 years as a small- and micro-cap value portfolio manager.
Royce TrustShares Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term growth of capital. The Fund invests mainly in a limited number of equity securities issued by small- and micro-cap companies which are trading significantly below its estimate of their current worth. The Fund will invest at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities.
