Royce serves as president and chief investment officer of Royce & Associates and president of The Royce Funds, a position he has held since 1972. Prior to that, he served as the director of research at Scheinmahn, Hochstin, and Trotta, and as a securities analyst with Blair & Company. He has more than 41 years of investment experience, with 31 years as a small- and micro-cap value portfolio manager.

Royce Financial Services Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund invests its assets primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by mid-cap, small-cap, and micro-cap companies "principally" engaged in the financial services industry.
