I have a diversified portfolio and I am always seeking oppurtunities. I buy companies when they trade on a discount relative to their 52 week, only if there is no signicant news as to why the stock declined. I also seek companies that have been beating estimates.

-
SCSS
Select Comfort Co - $5.58
- -3.63%
- $5.70
Select Comfort has been beating earnings, and I did not understand why it was still trading at a discount. So, I picked it up at 16 something, pre-split. I held on to it too long, and it went from a two bagger to a 70% return as of date. I still have great confident in this company.

ET
Et - $0.00
- N/A
- $N/A
E-Trade had made several acuisitions and I felt this would add towards the bottom line. I felt it could continuously beat earnings after its major acquisitions.

-
PALM
Palm - $11.32
- -2.16%
- $11.42
Great company, undervalued. I picked it up several times, purchasing each time it went down. I have great faith in this company, analysts are expected 25-30% growth rate in this company for the following years. It lowered guidance due to poor marketing and sales in Europe.

-
BBBB
Blackboard Inc. - $40.80
- -0.63%
- $39.38
I picked this company because it's still at its baby stage and is not even close to saturating its market. My school uses Blackboard, and year after year Blackboard has been gaining many new clients.

-
CHK
Chesapeake Energy - $24.22
- -2.42%
- $24.42
I purchased this company to diversify my portfolio, I held the company too long, and I lost out on a 60% profit. This was a great company last year, and is still a great company.

-
WTI
W&t Offshore - $10.95
- -7.05%
- $11.09
This is an oil company, I purchased shares when the company made its secondary offering, and I felt I bought it at a discount. However, the recent decline in oil prices dropped WTI's stock price. But, with OPEC considering increase oil prices by cutting production, I look for WTI to go up.

-
LOJN
Lojack Corporatio - $4.29
- -0.23%
- $4.26
This company makes gpa or tracking systems for cars and motorcycles. I see little competition in this market, LOJN will continue to be more popular.

-
AMSF
Amerisafe - $19.33
- +3.81%
- $18.88
I picked this company as a small cap volatility play. I buy shares when the company's stock price drops, and sell when it's up 10-15%. Then, I repeat the process. This is a good company with high Return on Equity. I have held a small number of shares, so I won't miss out on the oppurtunity if it does go higher.
