Rite Aid is a speculative play, the deal to acquire Brooks means an increased presence in several American states but it also means a bit more debt, and sometimes mergers of competing brands don’t go as planned. even so sales are relatively strong. It's one of the few chain retailers that hasn't abandoned the inner cities and it trades at a ridiculously low PE.

Sph has been on wild up lately and It will level off soon as we move out of the Winter heating months in North America, but even with that leveling off it still has tremendous upside potential. Great dividend, over 5%.

Large cap multinational "sin" stock. Times are good, people drink. Times are bad, people drink. Pays a dividend over 2% and even as big is Diageo there is still growth potential. Diageo has great brands, for example Guinness has a loyal following, and makes a quality product.
