Uses stockbee's method described here
http://stockbee.blogspot.com/2007/01/how-to-beat-market-for-125-per-week_11.html
I highly suggest you read parts 1-3 and all the comments as these breakout stocks are great, however, generally have a higher degree of risk, you should read and follow stokbee's exit plan or a similar one.
AFSI and ICE were removed as their overall IBD rating dropped well below 96 and they would no longer be in the IBD top 200.
These are all Friday breakouts accept for GEO was a Thursday breakout.
Although I will probably post this screen sometime in the future, it's a screen that could have new stocks appearing on the list everyday. I highly suggest you track the IBD top 200. After uploading it once, you'll only have to make a few small changes and just watch for your breakouts.

A. BGF was an enhanced income security,
which represented one share of common
stock (BGS) plus $7.15 principal amount
of senior subordinated debt. They first
separated the note from the stock, then
did a partial redemption of the bond.
You should have received the following
for each share of BGF
1 share common (BGS)
$4.28 cash per share for the partial
redemption (this includes dividend)
1 note with face value of $3.11
There really is no market for the bond
portion. You will probably end up
holding it until redemption.
Hope that helps.
A. The only one I own : SLX,
too hard pick a winner out all of them

My new screen (okay I borrowed the idea). This method is best when you combine it with good VST ratings, Good zacks rank and reccomendation, and some good analysis.
I'd consider the top 3 in this list (AXE, BW, and GEO), and probably MIR (due to new financials and unusual option activity), and perhaps BAY and TSL
Enjoy
