These are all nano cap stocks (under$100 million in total market cap) that have good earnings prospects or a distinct competitive advantage in the markets they serve. Should all be doubles triples or home runs in the next 12 to 24 months.

Kooky little casino owner that happens to supply back end systems to casinos in Nevada that provide sports book making software. Once management comes to its senses, this could be a maker of really cool sports book kiosks that actually attract attention from a real manager. 6/5/07: failure to file 10-k on time caused temporary dip to $1, which apparently was a buying opportunity. Someone get this company a CFO!

Nathan's hot dogs, nathan's restaurants, miam subs restaurants, kenny rogers, arthur treacher's--362 franchised restaurants for a market cap of $90 million--with $30 million of that in cash. 6/13 comment: sold Miami Subs business for piddly squat $3.25 million with $800k in cash--selling a subsidiary for the price of a nice 2 bedroom in Manhattan is a bad sign. Let's see what their 10-K looks like--due in two weeks--and reassess this one. 7/7/07 Stock running on good 10K numbers and breaking the $100 million valuation level surely started it up on some stock screens. Lets see an inside the park home run Nathan!

Interphase Corpor - $2.40

CEO pounding the table for 5x sales growth for this little company that supplies key gating hardware for cell networks to internet. Already up 20% since then, let's see that 5.x reflect in the future stock price! 6/5/07 comment: very first quarter after CEO pounds table at equity conference there's a surprise downturn in revs, let's see the next quarter, if lukewarm there's a surprise lawsuit against the lying CEO. Sold almost all position after negative announcement. 7/7/07 Back up over $11 but waiting on new quarterly before pronouncing either yay or nay
