Osterweis Capital Management ("OCM"), an investment adviser registered with the SEC, was founded in 1983 by John S. Osterweis to serve the portfolio management needs of high net worth individuals.

The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies that the Osterweis Capital Management investment team believes offer superior investment value. In selecting investments, the investment team focuses on companies that it believes to be undervalued or otherwise out-of-favor in the market, but that have attractive growth prospects.

Osterweis started buying Crown at $9 per share 3 years ago. In a recent interview, Osterweis was asked the following Q and gave the following answer: At $22.50, how cheap are the shares? SK: The stock currently trades at about 10x the $2.30 per share we expect it to earn in free cash flow this year. From revenue growth, share buybacks and paying down higher-cost debt, we see that free cash flow number growing around 10% per year. For a company with those dynamics, there’s no reason it can’t trade at a 12-14x multiple, which would make the share price rise to as much as the low- $30s within the next year or so.
