In addition to running his $1.7 billion eponymous money management firm, Jim Oberweis also writes the Small Stocks column in Forbes. He's a believer that smallcap growth stocks will lead the next big wave of returns in smallcaps. "The average P/E multiple of the Russell 2000 growth index is near its lowest point since 2003." The portfolio here is a combination of his largest holdings as well as the stocks he has featured in recent columns.

"The company goes for 56 times earnings but analysts expect earnings to grow 86% next year...there is no reason to think that growth will stop in 2007."
