Long term hold and watch it grow

-
COH
Coach - $37.85
- -0.60%
- $38.18
Awesome company with its hand on the pulse of the luxury market. High quality product without the snobbery of many imported competitors. ROE is upper end of scale; consistent sales and earnings growth

-
CHS
Chico's Fas - $14.15
- -1.67%
- $14.48
Company taps the baby boomer female fashion market with class products and a clever way to size their clothes so as not to insult the buyer. Great stores with unique and hip merchandise.Company stumbled last year because it got too avant garde but they are back on track. Rapid sales growth and yoy sales growth in same stores plus rapid expansion to new builds. Having some growing pains but keep your eye on these folks, their market is huge and growing and so they will again.

CRDN
Ceradyne - $23.79
- -0.13%
- $23.87
Red hot growth with a unique market leading product structure in ceramic bearings for diesel engines, applied ceramic technologies AND the defense and law enforcement component of ceramic armored vests and ceramic lined humvee doors etc.Great ROE and consistent eps growth along with increased sales. News flash; the defense market will not dry up anytime soon.

HPQ
Hewlett-packard C - $52.49
- -0.46%
- $52.87
A stalwart in the industry despite swallowing Compaq. Produces quality products and is well diversified in enterprise software and management, financing its deals etc.I believe HPQ has a winning long term structure plus they have been nicely profitable for quite a while.Oddly, I own Dell PC's because Dell makes them so easy to acqire online and their customer service is fabulous but I think HPQ has a more diversified business model that will continue to be higly successful.

-
ZMH
Zimmer Holdings - $56.97
- -0.82%
- $57.58
A company on the cutting edge of its business. Zimmer is constantly developing improved products and more minimally invasive surgical techniques by engaging its customer base. Also, revenue per employee is about 145% above the norm and net income is double the norm for it's industry. Sales and revenue growth are more than respectable and quite consistent. A good stock play as the baby boomers age and need more mechanical parts fixed and replaced!
