Here's a convertable bond fund (renamed last year) way under NAV. Heavy insider buying.

PFE
Pfizer Inc - $16.96

Hey, how many people were panning MRK (that's you Cramer) for the past 3 years? I was buying. Now, here's PFE, giving you plenty of time to build a big position you can retire on. They're going to pay you a whopping dividend to be patient and eventually the stock is going to double...just like MRK - then everyone is recommending it. PFE currently trades for less than the sum of the acquisitions made. The compamy has paid its dividend for 70 straight years, increased it 40 consecutive years and will have bought back $15 billion of its shares by year end. Best long-term play right now.

The market is going down the toilet - here's your protection. Some people hate David Tice, but he is way up there on my list of market Gods. This guy knows his stuff and the fund is probably the most conservative and best performing bear fund around.

GBE
Grubb - $1.46
- 0.00%
- $N/A
It's been ripped right along with CBG and JLL. However, GBE has no debt, their (reverse) merger with NNN has just been approved, and they are going to start paying a dividend once the merger completes. The company is a takeover candidate even more so after the NNN merger completes because all of the financials (other than EPS prior to NNN merger) is better than the competitors. A buyer could pick up a debt free company with over $700 million sales with a market value of about $400 million.
