OK OK everyone is singing turn off the lights the party is over, but hey I am looking for the next Party. If Global Growth still is the big thing then the Party may be anywhere but the USA. So, I am going to live the
G L A M O R O U S life and hop a plane to check out these international ADR's that are dependent on people outside of the USA having cleaner water, plenty of electricity, warmth and a better quality of life. And heck we even get a little divident to help pay the pilot (did you notice the flight attendant on Fergies video was the Undertaker from 6 feet Under..sorry off topic). First I give you clean water from the Cayman Islands for all those "off shore" people in CWCO. Then it is off to South America for CPL and a little Electricity. Then Love Italian Style with EN and alternative sources. Finally ending up in Amore..The City of Lights.
Plus, I threw in a Southern California Play for the heck of it with JEC that helps build a lot of the Stuff.. And an Oil play from South Africa cuz I just like it...I know it's not a Utility but heck, it's my portfolio...why not..plus, no one really reads this any way..So Mr. Market is playing rough...but I am a big girl now, and big girls don't cry, so I can take it...ouch.

Not that wild about this one because of the PEG....Consolidated Water Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development and operation of seawater desalination plants and water distribution systems in the Cayman Islands, Belize, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, and The Bahamas. It processes and supplies water to various customers, including public utilities, commercial and tourist properties, residential properties, and government facilities. Yes the PEG is high and the missed on eps when they reported, but I am going to read cc and see if they can play here. I know this is not a Utility...but it's really cool and it pays a divident. Market Cap 31.938B P/E (ttm) 13.00 EPS (ttm) 4.01 Div & Yield 1.231 (2.36 %) From Barrons WITH $30 BILLION IN MARKET value, Sasol is puny compared to energy giants like ExxonMobil. But the South African company, which specializes in turning gas and coal into liquid fuel, has been one of the brightest stars in the oil sector since it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2003. Its American depositary receipts (ticker: SSL) have soared about 400%, to a recent 50.28, leaving Exxon's shares ( XOM) and those of many other oil producers in the proverbial dust. Even after this impressive run, Sasol could continue to shine, owing to high oil prices, solid profits and the global roll-out of the company's liquid-fuels technology. Some investors see Sasol's ADRs topping 70 next year, while its more heavily traded South African shares (SOL.South Africa), which change hands on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, could rally to 465 rand from ZAR338 (a rand is worth about 15 cents U.S.). Sasol operates through three "clusters": South African energy; global chemicals; and international energy, which houses the company's flagship gas-to-liquids, or GTL, facility in Qatar. The company supplies 37% of South Africa's liquid-fuel needs, and is laying the groundwork to be a major player worldwide as it plans facilities in other countries. Coal-rich and oil-poor nations such as India, the U.S. and China already have turned to Sasol to help lessen their reliance on imports of high-priced crude.
