This mutual fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Theodore Bigman. Bigman is a managing director of Van Kampen, his employer since 1995. Between 1987 and 1995, he served as a portfolio manager with CS First Boston, where he established and managed the company's real-estate effort. Bigman is a member of both the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Inc - U.S. Real Estate Portfolio is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is above average current income and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies in the U.S. real estate industry.
