Stable Company With A Nice Dividend

I truly believe that Ford is on the right track to bringing back a profit to its north american region.

Has a great dividend, I believe there is plenty of room for growth with this company. They may not be as strong a company as verizon right now, but in the future thay could be as strong if not stronger then verizon.

There FIOS business is increasing. I know quite a few people who have got the FIOS, and absolutely love it. Some even say that Verizon's internet is faster then their old cable service

Same store sales have been increasing 23 consecutive quarters. I feel the stock is getting beaten up simply due to the housing disaster. That is why I keep buying more as the price goes down.

Another energy play that I feel is stable, and undervalued. If this stock market collapse continues to bring this stock down I would pick some up as it continues to get cheaper

I actually started to look into this company when cramer recommended it on Mad Money. This company does a good job of taking failing divisions of companies, and turns them into profit makers. Nice dividend too.
