I start with the Magic Formula screen and look also for other positive signs in the stock.Technical charting, low P/E, dividend yield..and a few other things.
The goal I set for this Magical Formula+ Fund is to beat the Magic Formula by Joel Greenblatt.
I try to reach an average of 30% per year on the long run.(>5 years)
