Best buy in manufacturing sector. Does contract manufacturing with facilities in U.S., Mexico, & China. Having global facilities offer an advantage over other manufacturing/assembly companies since transportation costs keep getting higher.

A buy at these prices. The dividend won't continue to be as high as it has been, but the price of Alesco Financial has been overly punished by the overall drop in this sector.

This young REIT is a great buy because everyone is backing out of financial stocks but 99% of CSE’s mortgage-backed securities are covered by Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae. While institutions dump this sector of stocks, CSE insiders are buying. Hummm. The TierOne deal expired (WHEW!) and CSE is out without penalties. Management says the $2.40 dividend is secure during 2008 - a yield of over 20% at today's price (-$10 per share).

Not controversial because uses only adult stem cells harvested from patient's own body. As STEM’s research becomes better known, this stock will become more widely traded. STEM focuses on ways to safely treat damaged or degenerated organ systems. Our population is growing older and more and more people put their hope in stem cell based therapies to treat incurable diseases and the degeneration that comes with aging. Repairs rather than merely treating symtoms with drugs.
