This fund has a Morningstar rating of 4 stars and is run by Robert Fetch. Fetch is a portfolio manager with Lord Abbett & Company, his employer since August 1995. Prior to Lord Abbett, he was a managing director and senior portfolio manager with Prudential Investment Advisors. Prior to joining Prudential in 1983, he held a variety of positions for Chemical Bank, including senior investment officer and head of the applied-investment-sciences department. He began his career at Mutual Benefit Life. Fetch holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Lord Abbett Research Fund Inc - Small-Cap Value Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small companies that fall within the Russell 2000 Index at the time of purchase.
