fundamentally sound company in a down business. It may take a while, but I think in 6 to 12 months this is a double, into the mid to upper teens. Good management.

Back on track for good growth after explosive couple of years, then settling down. Good management, after shedding the old management. Working with power companies for growth. This may take a while, but I think upper teens is doable during 2008.

Business has been tough lately after years of good growth. Management is terrific and they have been expanding globally for a while now. New REIT like structures in UK and Germany and good environment in Asia, Australia bode well for this exceptionally well managed Mutual Fund Manager.
