7-1-08 Actual Transcript 1 star Nymphs Take: Yes they blew away numbers but I think that this is a one trick pony....could be totally wrong. Acting CEO: Dr. Sperling..12 Analyst at cc...Solid growth in revenue and enrollment. Looking for a NEW CEO.There was an 13.9% increase in revenue and a 11% enrollment growth. EPS up cuz of higher net income, fewer shares and less bad debt. YET BAD debt will increase in seasonally weaker qtrs. Paying for more Ads and counselers. Cap Ex 5M for a New Building. They are doing a High School on-line program approved for 10 states. THEY just increased tutition by 10% today...they aren't worried cuz of increases in Title IV loan limits...they have a new UNIACC program that they bought Petroleium based art Univ...can't find on-line...but found a lot of unhappy past students...this is a sample..Most On Line School's Are A RIP OFF SCHOOL IS STILL NOT REAL UOP is still not a real school. None of their credits transfer anywhere, except to maybe another one of those junk, fake on line schools. All brick & morter colleges and community colleges offer on line classes now at reasonable state tuition rates. If everyone would just stop this Bull$#*& of attending these rip off places of higher education, you would not be getting yourselves in a financial bind, or having these rip off companies trying to ruin your credit. Then UOP, AXIA, STRAYER, CAPELLA, and who ever else Jon Doe for profit schools will close up shop and be gone for good! These on line schools are a 100% rip off. I have taken a few on line classes through one of my local community college's and I am satisfied to know that its 100% accredited and transferable to any 4 year university, no questions asked. Please everyone, stop giving yourself a heartache

CEO Schawk-3 Analyst..Slowed Down due to economy, many clients reduced promotional activities. Unsteady economic times. Looking for CFO. Did approve stock buy back..best part of the conf call..."One of the challenges, as Dave mentioned, that a lot of particularly the branded companies have is that they indeed are losing market share to a lot of private label types and corporate brands.
