Wisdomtree is the creator of a host of innovative ETF's. While the field is getting crowded, and other indexers are larger and better-capitalized, this small shop is doing just fine.

Better than Buffett? I think so, and also more reasonably valued--and they split their stock occasionally, too.

I've owned Compass Minerals for awhile. A corollary pick to FRZ, this one mines road salt for thawing frozen roads. They own the largest mine in the world, and are wisely branching out into complementary businesses (underground secure records storage--in parts of the mine!!). Smart people.

Microchip has almost a 3% dividend yield, and Bloomberg is predicting a CAGR in the div of over 25% over the next 3-5 years. Works for me!!

Well off its highs, WTR is a consolidator of smaller water systems. With the largest footprint of water holdings in the country, and great management, it will be a great long-term hold.

Linear Technology is a quality chip company with a decent, and growing, dividend. The stock is undervalued, breaking out (as of 2/22/07) and both it and its LEAP's are cheap. I've positioned myself with both the stock and some long-dated near-the-money calls.
