smokers need their cigarettes, made money in KFT spinoff. Figure a lot of value is being held in the pending split of the domestic and international. Supposed to be a big buyback after, plus I love the dividend, defensive in recession consumer soft goods. This non-smoker LOVES MO. I also like the SAB Miller thing.

pulled back when i bought, oil service providers now separate from integrated oils, this ethanol thing is not taking over any time soon

Pullback from high almost everyday news of some new order or deal, other areas are looking kind of recession bleak. This looks like visibility. In my non-pro view they are getting orders that are going to take them a while to fill. Looks like it is just being ignored.

Cramer recommended. I love apple products, continue to hold impressed with possible increase sales - made a profit, still holding a small position playing with the house's money. i think it is still great but i got burned in the dot. com boom/bust and am paranoid when i get my profits especially tech, i cut and run.

I have been buying on the way down thinking I would get at least a short term bounce after Fed cut. Think I am the one getting the cut trying to catch a falling knife. Think it is the best of the money center banks but now it is looking like the financial system is falling apart at a much deeper level than I really understand.

KFT
Kraft Foods Inc - $26.57

Picked because figured can't be all bad with Peltz. Have bought some additional shares lately but figure I have to be patient. Like the Post cereal sale and getting some shares of Ralcorp. Alright I like spinoff shares of anything. I also thought it might be something of a recession proof stock, ha. Doesn't look like anything is recession proof and this one with commodities and oil costs who knows. Still I am sticking with food and the activist investor. Oh yeah I like the dividend.
