I am an unabashed fan of Jim Cramer who likes to do his homework. My overall portfolio consists of 32 stocks (most are long-term retirement holdings). The stocks listed here are a combination of short-term trades and longer term (1-2 year holdings).

-
WOS
4.40 - $14.64
- 0.00
- $14.64
Low P/E, high enterprise value.... a number of accretive acquisitions within the past year. I am looking for this stock to fly.... Negative: Relatively high levels of debt.

-
GMR
General Maritime - $7.23
- -4.49%
- $7.50
I have swapped out FRO for GMR which I believe has a more sustainable dividend. This stock has been trading irregularly as of late (up 2 down 3).... It seems that when VLCCF, NAT, and FRO are up big this stock is always lagging behind. i don't get it.

-
NTES
Netease.com - $38.25
- +2.82%
- $37.15
If you have to be in Chinatech, I feel that this is the "safest" as far as P/E goes. While I appreciate the stock buybacks, I would like to see this company deploy some of its excess cash for acqusitions.

-
SHLD
Sears Holdings Co - $72.64
- -0.42%
- $72.96
Yes, this is a bad retail company. However, I feel that this stock is worth more then $105 (at time of writing).

-
XRM
Xerium Technologi - $0.55
- +5.77%
- $0.55
A thinly traded stock with a nice dividend yield.... I swing trade options on this one fairly frequently.

-
BAM
Brookfield Asset - $20.69
- -0.58%
- $20.61
Recommended by Cramer.... After researching it myself, I have started to accumulate shares.

-
GLS
Genesis Lease Lim - $8.24
- -1.44%
- $8.28
Accumulating hand over fist.... My number one portfolio pick!!! I am hoping to book 20% plus gains within three months on this one. Fantastic safe yield, earnings visibility, nice increase in revenues.

-
RUTH
Ruth's Hospitalit - $2.41
- -12.04%
- $2.78
This stock should rebound shortly after completing the acquistion of Mitchells' Fish Market. I believe that this concept will take off and deleverage the company somewhat from high beef costs.
